The KKL is the Kane Konglomerate License.

Software produced wholey by me will generally be released under the KKL and it is as follows.

All software is provided as is - whether it is fit for purpose or not. It was fit for the purpose that I developped it, and I do not have the limitless funds to test every single possible permutation. If you want to contribute, please contact me, and I will reference your contribution in the work.

If you are a client I will provide any code I write for you under this license, and I reserve the right to offer any non-proprietary or branded code that I have written for you to the general public under this license.

You are free to take anything I have written and modify it for your own purpose. Where source code is not provided, you are free to attempt to uncompile or reverse engineer it if you have the ability and tools.

You do not need to reference me in any of my modified work if you don’t want to. This means you can give it to your boss and say you wrote it all yourself.

I would prefer it if you could leave reference to my efforts in anything you pass on, but either way I would like to get an email to let me know it was worth something to someone, or if you don’t mind referencing me, ping the page where you got it from in your blog.
