Ofuscate Plugin
If you put email addresses in yor posts, or allow author links in your WordPress theme, these are generally in cleartext and can be harvested by spammers. Using this plugin will allow you to encode any email addresses you or your visitors may type for humans only.
Plug-in installation and activation
Unzip the plug-in into your wp-content/plugins directory. In your plug-ins admin panel you should enable the plug-in. Once enabled ther eis no further action to take.
